I have followed the sketch over at Retro Sketches and teamed it with the theme over at The Paper Players - CAS with buttons and bows, (hope my ribbon tails count as a bow!)
The papers and elements are First Glimpse from Sweet Shoppe, cardstock is American Crafts and the ribbon and cute car buttons are from my stash, hope you like it!
